Dianne Bezanson

I was born in Galveston and raised all over the state of Texas. My father was in banking and real estate development, so we moved a lot. When I was in the 6th grade, my family moved to Lufkin. In the 8th grade I met a boy I never forgot. 38 years later I moved back and married him. In the meantime, I studied design at UCLA, had two beautiful daughters ( the youngest made me a "Grammy"), owned and managed a throughbred farm in Kentucky, and imported reproduction paintings and frames for custom design projects. Using my design training, I designed and built 2 homes, restored 2 historic homes, designed outdoor living spaces & landscaping, and renovated and/or decorated numerous other homes for my self, clients, friends and family. I have purchased & sold real estate my entire life. But never as a Realtor. I was always the client. I understand what a client expects of the person they are trusting to guide them thru the sale of a home that holds special memories. I also understand the importance of listening to what a buyer hopes to find in their new home or business.
